During review it shows Under review, and the amount plus its fee stay reserved.
Larger withdrawals, and withdrawals to an address you haven't used before, may take longer because they get additional checks. We don't publish a fixed review time. If a withdrawal is rejected, it shows Rejected with the reason, and the reserved funds return to your available balance.
The support assistant cannot approve, speed up or cancel a withdrawal. For a question about a specific withdrawal, ask for a human agent and give its time and amount; never share codes or keys.
