FALKR doesn't send status emails for withdrawals, so History is the place to check.
- Under review: our team is checking the request.
- Pending: approved, or waiting to be processed.
- Processing: being signed and sent to the network.
- Confirming: sent, waiting for network confirmations.
- Completed: done on chain; a FALKR withdrawal fee shown when you confirmed was charged exactly as shown; with an actual-cost network fee, the actual cost up to the maximum was charged and any unused reserve returned to your available balance.
- Rejected: the request was declined and the reserved funds returned to your available balance.
- Failed: the withdrawal could not be completed and no funds remain reserved for it.
If a request's result was unclear, check History before trying again; sending the same request again does not create a second withdrawal. For the transaction hash of a completed withdrawal, or if a status looks stuck, contact support.
